Our classically trained dim sum master, Chef Alan, has spent decades refining his dim sum technique. He spends early mornings in the kitchen handcrafting each piece from scratch to ensure a fresh and authentic experience. Taste our signature dim sum items including shrimp dumplings (蝦餃), shrimp and pork dumplings (燒賣), roasted pork buns (叉燒包), chicken feet (鳳爪), and rice noodle rolls (腸粉) to name a few.

Another master piece from our dim sum chef, these giant sesame balls are made to order and each takes at least 15 mins from start to finish. It is not a complicated step, but it takes patience, precision, and lots of practise. If you'd like to wow your guest during dim sum, this will be the dish to order. It is crunchy outside and yet inside has chewy almost mochi like texture.
Have you tried freshly steamed dim sum that comes straight from our steamer? Producing thousands of handcrafted dim sum daily here at Sun Sui Wah, Chef Alan has been orchestrating and leading the dim sum team here since 1995. Our dim sum are made fresh daily and every step is handled with lots of TLC. We'd like to introduce our "making of" series and share some of the hard work behind the scenes. First we'd like to introduce the BBQ Steamed Bun.
